Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilise available appointments for our patients in need of health care.
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. In order to be respectful of the health needs of the community please be courteous and kindly call the clinic at lease 24 hours prior if you are unable to attend an appointment so that someone else urgently need a treatment can be seen at that time.
24-Hour Notice Requirement
Appointments canceled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely (“no-shows”), will incur a
$60 missed appointment fee
To avoid a late cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

If you do not reach the receptionist you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail. Answering machine is on 24 hours a day. Please note that :
You may not cancel via email
There is no charge if your appointment is canceled 24 hours in advance.
Appointments missed or canceled without 24-hour notification will be charged a Missed Appointment Fee.
Late Arrival
Please arrive 5-10min before your appointment so you can relax and we can take your vital signs better and to be fair to other clients. Our clinic in turn will do our best to minimise your waiting time.
Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened session so we can stay on schedule for other patients. The full session fee still applies when you’re late
Booking on the Day
If your schedule is uncertain, consider booking an appointment for the same day, pending availability. This prevents late cancellation fees and ensures flexibility.
Why We Have This Policy
Requiring a $60 missed appointment fee helps us respect practitioners’ time, reduce sudden schedule changes, and ensure timely care for all patients.
