Lauren is a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. Lauren holds a bachelor degree in both Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She is a young, warm, passionate, and committed therapist. Lauren holds a special interest in women’s health and has been practicing in this field for the past three years. She offers acupuncture for:
- Menstrual support
- PMS relief
- Gynecological issues; amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, PCOS
- Natural fertility: follicular phase defects ovulatory dysfunction, implantation issues, luteal phase defects
- IVF support
- Pregnancy support
- Menopausal relief
- Male fertility
Once pregnancy is achieved, Lauren believes in the continual support of Acupuncture to prevent:
- Recurrent or threatened miscarriage
- Morning sickness
- Pain
- Fatigue
- Post birth recovery
And she provides her clients with a pre-birth routine which is known to reduce labor times and reduce the need for medical intervention, especially useful in mothers wanting a natural birth process.
