Kris is a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. Kris holds a bachelor degree in both Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Kris has more than 20years experience in various sports including football, basketball and martial arts with 13 of those years in Kung Fu. With this experience comes a strong commitment to physical health and wellbeing with a special interest in musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, stretching and health maintenance.
Kris has a special interest in:
- Musculoskeletal pain, muscle strain, back pain, arthritis, numbness and tingling, sciatica
- Sports injuries
- Digestive disorders, bloating, gas, diarrhoea, constipation, acid reflux, nausea, IBS
- Sleep disorders, insomnia, frequent urination at night, night sweats, waking feeling tired and lethargic
- Stress, difficulty concentrating, poor memory, headache, migraine
